Constructed with a vibrant multi coloured custom weave design, this Ekta Cotton Crewneck Sweatshirt from The Quiet Life has been designed in collaboration with Daniel Götesson, a Swedish artist known as EKTA. As a stand out style from this capsule range, the weave design features different styles of shapes coloured in red, blue and black against a cream background whilst ribbed trims around the neckline, body and long sleeves are solid black. On the bottom right side of the body a rectangular label presents the signature The Quiet Life branding in white with the company’s tagline below.
Known for working across numerous mediums, encompassing drawing, collage, painting, sculpture, textile, large wall works, animation, performance, installation and music, Götesson’s work is characterized by a willingness to take bold risks, both in its literal sense as well as artistically. Currently based in Gothenburg, Daniel Götesson is one of a few artists who have been selected by The Quiet Life this season to work on collaborative ranges of apparel and accessories.
