Privacy
All the information you provide to Flatspot is strictly private and confidential. According to the data protection act we will treat all such information including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number and email in the strictest of confidence. Customer information will not be disclosed to or shared with any persons outside of Flatspot.com.
Changes To These Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time and without any given notice. Please make sure you regularly check this page, and our dedicated Shipping and Returns pages for any amendments.
Cancellations
We reserve the right not to accept or process an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been debited, we will notify you by email and refund you in full immediately.
Product Availability
We will aim to ensure that our website is always available and that the stock levels and information provided is correct. We cannot be held accountable for any downtime that may occur and we cannot guarantee product availability.
In the event that your ordered item/s are not in stock you will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response from you within one week from the date of the email we will cancel the missing item from your order and either ship the remainder of your order or cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Prices & Discount Codes
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
From time to time we may run promotional discount codes. These promotional codes are subject to change and availability. They cannot be extended and cannot be retrospectively applied to an order placed outside of the specified discount time. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all written content and photography on our site is the intellectual property of Flatspot. You may save, store and print this content for your own personal and private use. You are not permitted to publish, distribute or reproduce the content for commercial or business means.
Colour Variation
Whilst every care is taken to ensure our product images are a true representation of the item for sale we cannot guarantee that the colour will match perfectly. This is due to unlimited variations in monitor set-ups.
Payment & Security
Our website is hosted on a fully secure, PCI compliant server. All payments are handled securely through Shopify checkout, PayPal or Loop and Flatspot does not have access to your card details. The total order cost must be paid in full before dispatch.
We have the right to cancel any orders which we believe to be fraudulent or that do not pass the required security checks.

When an order has been accepted Flatspot agrees to dispatch the order as stated in our shipping terms. We cannot be held liable for any delays in shipping due to postal delays or for events outside of human control.
Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked, provided we get them back within 28 days of purchase and in perfect sellable condition.
For faulty goods returned after the 90 days, which have passed inspection (due to the secure PCI compliant system we have in place) we can only issue an exchange or online store credit; this will be in the form of a voucher code.

The Flatspot mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Flatspot (“Flatspot”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Flatspot’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Flatspot through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Flatspot. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Flatspot or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Flatspot mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
