The Quiet Life Duggan Barn Jacket

Designed as part of the workwear inspired Carpenter Collection from The Quiet Life, this caramel coloured Duggan Barn Jacket has a durable cotton duck canvas shell and a blue tone plaid lining which results in a classic look. The front is fastened by circular tortoise buttons which lead to the black corduroy collar neckline whilst on the left side of the chest a small shaped patch pocket with a flap closure has been added for storage of essential items. Additionally, two larger pockets can be found on either side of the waist, also with button closure to keep your belongings secure. Below on the right side a rectangular woven label presents signature The Quiet Life branding and on the reverse a larger design has been chain stitched below the shoulder yoke, showing a detailed floral illustration that incorporates ‘Quiet Life’ lettering, all in black. Strengthening the design further, fine wale corduroy can be found on the inner edge of the sleeve cuffs which are secured by single buttons to allow the fabric to be rolled to suit. Completing the style, the body has a straight cut hem for a clean finish.

This season sees the Carpenter Collection offer a new selection of jacket, shirt and headwear styles constructed from fabrics such as cotton flannel and durable duck canvas for a classic look with added pops of colour to reflect The Quiet Life’s creative personality. Originally a side project setup by Andy Mueller during the late ‘90s, The Quiet Life has progressed into a fully fledged brand over the years and has become known for supporting artists, creative collaborations and a casual style that is reflective of a combination of art, photography, music and outdoor activities.
