A new graphic t-shirt from Satta, the One Ness T-Shirt is here in a calico colourway. The front has a large screen printed graphic which has been printed by hand in London. The graphic features a cluster of faces from Satta’s research journal gathered in a semi-circle, with stylised ‘together’ text outlined with a fine line in black. The rest of the tee has been left crisp, making way for the black and white graphic. The short sleeves have been finished with baseball stitching that also matches the hem finish. A soft ribbed collar sits on the crew neckline and durable seam construction has been used throughout.
Satta uses simplicity and function as the focal for their designs. Small-scale production and the use of natural materials sets the base for their aesthetic. Founder and designer Joe Lauder uses influence from his time as a landscaper and woodworker to create pieces that are simplistic, utilitarian and comfortable.
