If you're looking for a last minute gift, our online gift cards are delivered instantly via email.
Due to Royal Mail strike action and the higher volume of parcels going through other courier networks, unfortunately, neither DPD nor DHL can guarantee that the packages we dispatch will be delivered in time for Christmas. We will continue to ship orders placed by 12 pm the same day until 23rd December with DPD, but for most areas, delivery will likely be after Christmas.
Orders placed after 12 pm on 23rd December will be collected when our couriers resume service on 28th December but may take longer than usual to arrive due to the backlog of parcels all couriers are experiencing. You may receive tracking details before the collection day as we prepare orders for the couriers. The usual next-day service will resume in the new year. Thank you for your patience.

International Last Posting Dates before Christmas
Please use the dates below as a guide for the last posting dates before Christmas. Orders must be placed by 3 pm (GMT) for same-day dispatch (Mon-Fri). These dates are not guaranteed, and we encourage our international customers to place Christmas orders in plenty of time.

Our standard returns policy is 28 days. If you need to return a present after 28 days, please contact us for an extension. We will not accept any Christmas returns after January 15th.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked. However, we cannot accept returned products that are unfit for selling again with any of the following issues:
- The tags have been removed.
- They are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in any way.
- They are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.
- They have been washed.
- The soles have been worn outside.
- The inner sole is covered in sock fluff or hair.
- All decks and hardware must be un-skated and returned in the original packaging.
- Once a deck has been assembled, we cannot accept the deck or the hardware for return.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear and socks unless they are faulty.
- The shoe box has been used directly as the postal box - is visibly marked and damaged.
For all shoe returns, we require the original shoe box, which is included as part of the goods. This must be unmarked and cannot be used directly as the postage box. We cannot accept shoes if the shoe box is missing, damaged or marked, as we cannot sell them on to another customer.
All goods/ products are the customer's responsibility until they have been delivered to us.
We hate to do it, but we ultimately reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem the products unsuitable for sale, and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.
