A fusion of two of skateboardings biggest names, the Vans x Anti Hero Wired Hoodie is a clean hooded sweatshirt that celebrates both brands. This 100% cotton hoodie features elastication at the sleeve cuffs and waist hem to secure the fit of the jumper even through heavy skate sessions, with adjustable drawstrings at the hood making sure for a customisable fit. The front features a play on the tagline of both brands, with a raven sitting on a wire besides a pair of Vans shoes to represent ‘On the wire’ and ‘Off the wall’. The same graphic is applied to the back, and the hoodie is finished off with a kangaroo pocket at the centre.
Anti Hero skateboards was founded by professional skateboarder Julien Stranger in 1995, and since has collaborated with Vans numerous times alongside streetwear giants such as Supreme. This combined with as infamous an industry resident as Vans allows for the brands to work together in perfect harmony, bringing the popularity and ideas behind the shoe company parallel to the quirkiness of Anti Hero.
