Highlighting Thrasher’s home city of San Francisco this black Cable Car Long Sleeve T-Shirt is made from 100% cotton and features a multicoloured screen printed graphic across the centre of the chest. Designed for casual everyday wear the body has been cut to a regular fit with a ribbed trim around the neckline and wider cut cuffs at the wrists. Printed in tones of red, green, purple and yellow the design shows an outlined Thrasher text logo with an illustration of a cable car representing the ‘a’ and stylised ‘San Francisco’ lettering underneath. The reverse is plain and the body has a straight cut hem.
Put together by founders Kevin Thatcher, Eric Swenson, and Fausto Vitello in San Francisco the first issue of Thrasher was published in 1981 and portrayed an authentic street level approach to documenting skateboarding. Still known as one of the leading voices in skate culture across both digital and print, Thrasher’s famous ‘Skater of The Year’ award continues to pick out the best talent in the industry.
