Arriving for spring, this 8.25" Half and Half #1 High Concave Deck from Poetic Collective is made from durable 7-ply maple and features new season artwork across the underside. Inspired by the meeting between abstract and realistic painting, the full print shows bold strokes of black and blue paint over the top of a mythological painting depicting Grecian temples and figures in the foreground. Hidden within the design, the Poetic Collective logo design has been printed in white for subtle branding.
Founded by skateboarder and artist Tom Botwid in 2014, Poetic Collective is a Malm based skate brand that has become known for its art-focused collections of casual apparel, practical accessories and high quality skate decks. Looking to influences outside of skateboarding, Botwid uses each seasonal release as an opportunity to explore a new medium or idea that relates to different art movements and creative expressions.
