Break Up Blue
Seen here in a bright break up blue, the Patagonia Fitz Roy Horizons Responsibili-Tee Long Sleeve T-Shirt is the perfect transeasonal piece with a fine ribbing across its cuffs and neckline which secure its fit through movement as well as ensuring insulation during winter. The recycled polycotton fabric used offers soft-to-skin comfort as well as improved durability through sturdy taping having been added to the shoulder seams. PVC free ink has been used with small Patagonia branding on the left chest, whereas the back has been decorated with the iconic sunset logo - designed by resident artist Neil Hubert.
Patagonia was founded in 1973; although initially starting in the field of producing climbing hardware, they soon expanded into catalogue ordered garments for the rugged adventurer. Although updates to function and design have obviously come, a focus on sustainable production has always been at the heart of the operation. In this case the combination of post-consumer plastics and cotton scraps in order to save 63 gallons of water in manufacturing.
