New Balance Numeric 288 Shoes

Designed with suede and mesh uppers, these New Balance Numeric 288 Shoes follow a rich black colourway with accents of lighter ‘sea salt’ tones which balance out the contrast between the main body and outsole. Positioned below the lace up fastening, subtle perforation brings ventilation to the design which is enhanced by the breathable mesh overlay on the tongue and at the edge of the foot. Either side of this, layered ‘N’ emblems have been cut from leather, the foreground from a metallic silver material and the other in white to provide a slim outline, an additional panel of leather can be found at the back of the heel with ‘NB#’ text printed on top. The inner ankle border has additional cushioning for comfort and a mesh lining runs throughout.

Standing out against the uppers, the light coloured outsole has been designed to supply comfort and grip through a lightly textured surface and the custom tread design has multiple pivot points upon a moulded, embossed pattern. Additional New Balance branding has been added at the top of the tongue in black vinyl, which is hidden below the lace up fastening. Inspired by popular lifestyle designs, New Balance have updated the Numeric 288 with reinforcement in selected areas for a highly durable finish.
