This caramel tan edition of the Gramicci Organic G Pant uses hardwearing organic cotton for a soft and comfortable fit, in addition to features that were originally developed for rock climbing during the late 1980’s. Suiting casual everyday wear, as well as for their original purpose, the elasticated waistband has an integrated nylon belt with a simple buckle system that allows the fit to be easily adjusted whilst in action. The brands character emblem can be seen on a woven label which has been attached to the end of the nylon belt and on either side of the front deep-reach pockets offer plenty of space to carry essential items. Below this the crotch is gusseted to allow for range of movement and additional bar tack stitching can be seen at key stress points which strengthens the overall design. On the reverse two welt pockets are also available and a slim woven Gramicci label has been attached onto the right side. The ankles can be rolled and styled to suit thanks to the straight cut hems.
Founded during the late 1980’s in Yosemite, California by Mike Graham - a member of the famous ‘Stonemasters’ crew - and a team of climbing friends, Gramicci has remained true to its original focus on providing clothing for climbers that suited repetitive wear and catered to a range of movement. Contemporary collections use organic cotton and durable ripstop nylon for a clean and hard wearing finish, whilst features such as an integrated belt system and gusseted crotch remain at the core.
