Decorated with custom illustrations drawn by Sean Pablo himself, these Converse CTAS Pro Hi Sean Pablo Shoes have black canvas uppers that provide the perfect backdrop for white symbolic artwork that continues across the white rubber toe cap and PU sockliner. The graphics differ from the left and right shoe and includes a single rose, religious symbols, skulls, expressive phrases and spiderwebs which surround a circular CTAS ankle patch and two metal eyelets on the inner side panel. The tongue is edged with tonal top stitching and is also customised with black laces on top that thread through silver metal eyelets for a secure fit. A soft fabric lining runs throughout alongside an Ortholite sockliner and a Nike Zoom Air unit has been added within the heel. The white vulcanised rubber outsole features a single foxing tape line and an additional panel sits around the front of the toes for abrasion resistance, on the back of the heel an embossed Converse CONS bumper tab can also be seen. Underfoot CONS traction rubber supplies quality grip for everyday wear both on and off your board. Each pair arrives with a set of black and additional two tone houndstooth laces.
Customised to Pablo’s exact specifications, this edition of the CTAS Pro Hi reflects the team riders expressive personality which is reflected through his clothing and board style. Inspired by his dad who was a skater, surfer and a part of the L.A punk scene, Sean discovered skateboarding and delved deep into its routes where he developed his own aesthetic - influenced by the likes of Jason Dill and Dylan Reider. A fan of vintage clothing, music and tattoo art it was his debut part within Supreme’s ‘Cherry’ that launched Pablo into the spotlight and led to sponsorships by Converse, Supreme and Fucking Awesome.
