Butter Goods Apple Denim Pants in Black. Bringing their own playful touch to a classic denim trouser style, these Butter Goods denim pants are made from 100% cotton washed indigo and have been cut to a custom baggy fit with a slight taper. Contrast gold top stitching is visible across the design whilst a cartoon illustration of a tomato playing a trumpet has been embroidered on the front coin compartment and again on the reverse right patch pocket. The waistband is fastened by a single branded button with an internal drawstring adjuster that allows you to cinch in the fit to suit and slim belt loops sit all the way around, meeting a branded patch on the right side of the reverse. Centrally below on the front a zipper fly detail can be found and on either side curved pockets are available for storing essential items with metal rivets at the corner points for increased durability. On the reverse two patch pockets sit below a curved yoke and on the outer side of the right leg a utilitarian style pocket adds further character with a bright orange woven ‘Butter’ label positioned above its centre line.
With roots in skateboarding, Butter Goods is a Perth, Australia based company run by two school friends who developed the brand in 2008. Bringing their own personality and love for art, music and skating to the brand, founders Garth Mariano and Matt Evans rework a selection of classic silhouettes each season, including hoodies, denim trousers, t-shirts and utilitarian inspired outerwear. With a rich hit of nostalgia and references to ‘90s styling, Butter Goods continue to go from strength to strength and never fail to impress with their selection of artwork each season.
