Converse Renew Recycled Knit Hi Shoes in Egret, String and Barely Volt. A contemporary update on an archival courtside classic, the re-engineered Converse Renew Recycled Knit Hi is a silhouette with a sustainable blueprint to match. Part of Converse’ ever-evolving Renew Range and styled with eco-minded uppers crafted from a blend of both Renew-cotton, post-consumer recycled polyester and PET, these off-white high-tops feature a multi-tonal flecked Regrind rubber outsole, material-matched auxetic overlays and protective wrap-around foxing that complements the concealed, true-to-tradition toe bumper. Puffy tonal laces secure the knitted-style tongue across the natural arch of the foot via the recessed 8-eyelet lacing system, whilst the eco-minded OrthoLite sockliner and debossed Chuck 70 ankle crest seals the design with an additional layer of sustainability to suit its environmentally-minded remastering.
New for SU21 and following on from previous collaborations with UK-based Beyond Retro and their recent Chuck Taylor All Star Crater Knit release, Converse welcomes a remastered eco-minded interpretation of their Chuck Taylor ‘70 into the mix. Pairing recycled materials with refined all-knit aesthetics, the Converse Renew Recycled Knit Hi is a silhouette styled with innovation in mine.
