Vans Rowan Pro Shoes

Following on from the debut release of the Rowan Pro Shoe in February 2020, this pearl colourway offers a crisp two tone take on the new silhouette with high quality suede and canvas uppers enhanced by an array of skate-ready features. Helping to protect the shoe from repetitive impacts, around the front of the toes a curved suede border has been added with raised edges that overlap the laces border for added durability in a key area. Canvas has been selected for the side panels with shaped top stitching that adds subtle stripe decoration and the tongue has been made from the same fabric for a coherent look, complete with a woven ‘Vans x Rowan’ label. On the back of the heel a curved leather insert has been added for comfort and below a suede heel cap adds further durability. Throughout the inside of the shoe a dense mesh lining has been added alongside a PopCush footbed which offers impact support and DURACAP reinforced underlays flow throughout. On the back of the outsole a signature red and white Vans Off The Wall heel stamp has been added and underfoot a SickStick rubber outsole has been specially developed to provide quality boardfeel and grip.

Hailing from Vista, California Rowan Zorilla is known for his adaptive style and playful personality which earned him a sponsorship with legendary skate brand Vans in 2013. Continuing to appear in video parts that demonstrate his unique style, Rowan skates alongside Taylor Smith, Riley Hawk, Nick Popes and Tanner Cribbs as part of the ‘Shep Dawgs’ skate crew and was awarded his first official pro footwear style in early 2020 which has successfully launched him further into the spotlight.
