Parlez Laurent Shirt

This stone coloured Laurent Shirt from Parlez is made from lightweight cotton canvas and features a half button up fastening and a generously sized compartment on the front. Inspired by practical workwear designs but updated to suit contemporary everyday wear, a neat collar neckline sits above the half, button up fastening and a horizontal fabric placket can be seen below which conceals a zip which leads into the well-sized front pocket which offers plenty of space to carry essential items such as keys and a phone. On the reverse a box pleat detail sits below a shoulder placket and the long sleeves have single button cuffs with short placket details above that let you roll the fabric to suit. The body has a scooped hem for a flattering finish and a woven label sits on the left side of the front above the hem showing simplistic ‘Parlez’ lettering in black.

Designed with the shifting seasons in mind, SS20 sees Bristol, UK based Parlez introduce a selection of coastal inspired tones across an array of re-worked core staples, light mid layers, versatile pullovers and heavier water resistant outerwear styles. Launched in 2012 by two friends Cav and Will, Parlez has become known for its simple, functional designs that incorporate influences from vintage, outdoor and utilitarian clothing.
