Parlez Gaff Hoodie

Parlez Gaff Hoodie in Navy. Presenting their signature maritime inspired style within new season artwork, this Parlez hoodie is made from a heavyweight blend of cotton and polyester and features an embroidered emblem on the left side of the chest. To help wick away sweat when active the fabric has a soft loopback reverse and wide ribbed cuffs around the edge of the body and long sleeves encourage a close but flexible fit. The attached hood can be resized to suit using colour matched external pullcords and at the waist a kangaroo pouch pocket has been sized to carry essential items such as keys or a phone. Set within a circle, the embroidered chest design has been stitched in white for a contrasting effect and shows stylised lettering with an illustrated flag within the centre in reference to sailing history and culture.

Heavily influenced by the history and aesthetics of sailing, for AW21 Bristol, UK based menswear label Parlez have expanded upon their own style by introducing new embroidered artwork that showcases sailing flags, horizontal stripes and ‘Parlez Club’ lettering to bring attention to their interests in maritime history. Conscious of their environmental impact, conventional cotton has been replaced with GOTS organic varieties and by 2023 the Parlez team aim to solely offer clothing made using organic, recycled or sustainable fabrics.
