Nike SB x Why So Sad? Womens Bruin High Premium Shoes in Light Chocolate, Light Blue and Monarch. Arriving as part of the brand’s latest collaboration with skater John Rattray’s Why So Sad? initiative, these Nike SB Womens Bruin High Premium are styled with mixed material suede and nubuck uppers with wearaway Swooshes and signature Predatory Bird graphics sewn across each heel. Featuring a fully vulcanised constriction with a low profile Zoom Air unit, a gum rubber midsole and a classic herringbone underfoot tread, this mid collar Nike SB skate shoe also features a partial inner sleeve and interchangeable laces for a locked-in fit. Finished with co-designed ‘Nike SB x Why So Sad?’ printed insoles, woven double-sided tongue labels, embroidered ‘?’ padded ankle collars and with two different embroidered Predatory Bird graphics sewn across each heel.
Established in 2016 by professional skater John Rattray, Why So Sad? is an initiative launched to help increase awareness and promote dialogue around the topic of mental health and suicide prevention. Collaborating with Nike SB to create a two-part capsule featuring both a Nike SB Dunk Low and a Nike SB Bruin Mid, Rattray aims to shine a light on important topics through a process of storytelling and creating unique products.
