Drawing creative influence from Berlin’s contemporary skate scene and rich art history, Civilist was launched in 2009 by Alex Flach and Andreas Hesse. Located on Brunnenstrasse in Mitte with an appreciation for art, film and community culture, Civilist is an open-minded brand backed also by work alongside brands including Nike SB, Carhartt WIP and Converse CONS.
