Arriving as an all black variant of team rider Lucas Puig’s latest signature silhouette, the adidas Puig is an ultra modern sneaker inspired by classic terrace styles. Crafted with mixed material uppers styled from a brushed black blend of both suede and premium leather, these mesh underlaid skate shoes feature an EVA midsole, a full length cupsole construction and a tonal black rubber outsole that’s styled with a grippy underfoot tread for improved all terrain traction. The V-shape reinforced heel brace complements the integrated Adiprene sockliner to provide additional structural stability, flex and boardfeel from first wear, whilst the perforated toe box and Adituff reinforced toe combine for additional abrasion resistance and increased circulatory ventilation. Crisp white ‘Puig’ commemorative branding decorates one of the three side wall stripes in honour of this collaboration, whilst the concealed looped lacing system secures the ‘P’ textured moulded tongue across the natural arch of the foot. Custom bright blue and green insoles pay tribute to Puig’s signature styling, with the all black interior lining and reflective heel collar styled in keeping with its after dark shadowed aesthetic.
