ROA Chelsea Boots in Black. Styled with calf leather and rubber uppers, these ROA Chelsea boots are designed as a contemporary take on a footwear classic. Made in Italy with a deep lug Vibram® rubber outsole, a Vibram® Megagrip tread and reinforced rubber foxing overlays, these black Chelsea boots also feature elasticated side panels and signature ROA buckle clasp closures. Finished with printed forefoot branding, leather-encased pulls and with a reinforced leather heel brace.
