Seen here in a classic tan colourway, this Boardshort Label Funfarer Cap from Patagonia is a new headwear style for the season and makes use of eco conscious materials to create a durable, lightweight finish. The crown, bill and back are made from a 7.5oz 100% organic cotton canvas and the brim is made from a NetPlus material, woven from recycled fishing nets. The crown has a mid shape and a rectangular woven label has been positioned centrally with a vintage inspired graphic that shows two breaking waves behind ‘Patagonia’ lettering.
Having been founded in 1973 by keen surfer, rock climber and fly fisher Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia has retained its roots within a number of sports with help from its ambassadors and an eye for how we can all do our part to help protect the environment. The likes of Gerry Lopez, Wayne Lynch and Paige Alms all support Patagonia in their efforts to encourage global awareness whilst also putting their gear to the test in different oceans.
