Patagonia Back Step Shirt

Decorated with a new season Fiber Flora Multi: Forge Grey print design, this Patagonia Back Step Shirt has been cut to a regular fit from a soft, lightweight blend of hemp and organic cotton plain weave. Inspired by nature found in the Mississippi River Basin, the all over print features light coloured flowers and foliage against a grey background. As an airy, everyday shirt the front is fastened by small circular buttons made from coconuts which lead to a pointed collar neckline and on either side of the chest patch pockets have single button fastenings to help keep the contents secure. The shoulder seams have been positioned forward to avoid sitting on the shoulder for greater comfort under pack straps and the hem of the body is dropped slightly at the back to help keep the fit in place when active and side vents allow for a greater range of motion.

Providing cool, lightweight comfort during the warmer months, the Back Step Shirt uses a fabric blend with an open weave to encourage airflow and the inclusion of hemp provides a highly durable finish. For colour and print inspiration this season, Patagonia has looked to the Mississippi River Basin which not only brings new character to a selection of their core styles, it also increases awareness of the threats the area is currently facing due to high levels of chemical pollution.
