Inspired by vintage tees and a pattern that’s rich in history, the Nike SB ‘Paisley’ Dunk arrives as the latest Nike Dunk offering. Following on from similar tear-drop releases such as the Travis Scott Dunk and colourways of the signature Nike SB Stefan Janoski, this customisable Nike SB Dunk Low also features wearaway uppers that mimic the likes of Carpet Company’s cyanotype from 2021 and the Orange Label Dunk High Pro ‘Hawaii’.

Drawing creative influence from vintage t-shirts and the pattern’s Persian origins, the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Paisley’ features a repeating teardrop design synonymous with vintage textiles. Elevated into the mainstream thanks to bands such as the Beatles, Fender’s Telecaster guitar from 1969 and through contemporary stylings, paisley prints have since appeared across numerous Nike releases including team rider Stefan Janoski’s mid and low top Nike SB Stefan Janoski ‘Paisley’ release from 2014 and the more recent Cactus Jack referencing Nike SB Dunk Low designed in partnership with artist Travis Scott. Styled with the intention of personalisation and custom creativity, tearaway silhouettes from the archives include the Orange Label Nike SB Dunk High Pro ‘Hawaii’ from 2020, as well as abrasion responsive profiles such as the Nike SB Dunk High Pro NBA and the thermographic Nike SB x Civilist Dunk Low Pro QS; both of which designed with friction changing uppers in place of tearable canvas overlays.
Styled with an all-over vintage inspired paisley pattern, this expressive revision of the Nike SB Dunk Low features a bright white cupsole, a gum rubber outsole and classic circular underfoot tread details for enhanced grip. Tearaway canvas uppers expose beige coloured suede underlays across the design, with a tonal leather Swoosh displayed across each midfoot. Puffy white and interchangeable laces complement the recessed five eyelet lacing system to secure the padded tongue in place, whilst a brown fabric collar lining honours the design’s vintage look. Finished with an integrated Zoom Air unit, textured brown leather tongue tabs, white stitch embroidered ‘Nike’ ankle tabs and with bright pink underfoot detailing that ties neatly with the design’s ‘70s inspired teardrop pattern.

The draw opens on Tuesday 5th April at 17:00PM (BST) and closes on Wednesday 6th April 2022 at 08:00AM (BST). You can enter the draw here.

Winners will be chosen on Wednesday 6th April 2022 at 12:00PM (BST) and we will aim to confirm both successful and unsuccessful entries within three hours. Winning pairs will start shipping Thursday 7th April 2022.
For each release we will invite those interested to enter a draw to purchase prior to the products actual designated time of release. Card payment will be required to register for each draw and your payment will be authorised but the funds not taken by us unless your name is successfully drawn at the designated time and date of the actual release.
If you are unsuccessful in the draw the pre-authorisation will be voided and your funds released, it may take up to five working days before you see your funds available in your account again.
