NICOLAS POILLOT FLATSPOT X HOBBYIST COLLECTION
Released today is the Flatspot x Hobbyist collection, a deck and zine photographed by Nicolas Poillot and a special edition Flatspot 6-panel.
This is our second collaboration with the Paris based zine following the partnership with photographer Jennilee Marigomen on a cruiser shaped deck.
Hobbyist 09 is photographed by Nicolas Poillot, co-founder and photo editor of the publisher and fashion house Etudes Studio. He has photographed for AD Magazine, Nike, Roadie Magazine and Vice amongst many others, but Hobbyist 09 is all about his images and his inspiration. The Hobbyist zine and blog are literal in their motivation, focusing on hobbies ranging from skateboarding to gardening, documenting in photographs the heart of why the hobbies appeal so much.

Flatspot x Hobbyist Nicolas Poillot Deck Pack
8.25 x 32.25 deck with a rich sky blue upper carrying the Flatspot x Hobbyist motif. High gloss black base with Nicolas' basketball image. Contrasting navy plywood runs through the body. The deck ships with Hobbyist Issue 09 â a 16 page zine, risograph printed, focusing on motorsport hobbyists. Off road meets on road, especially those who are fond of the urban wheely.

A special edition 6-panel floppy polo style cap. Air mesh body in black, with a matching black suede peak. Fronted with the Flatspot leather logo produced in the highest quality brown Horween leather. Rear black leather strap with brass adjuster.
The Hobbyist Black 6-panel is part of our new premium suede range of Flatspot 6-Panels. Available in two colour ways, a double espresso combo and a high contrast wine and navy, the caps are produced in the highest quality premium pig suede in the USA.
