Rains Breaker Jacket

The Rains Breaker Jacket in black is made from a mix of water-resistant polyester and polyurethane. Cut to a casual unisex fit, there is a full aquaguard coil zipper across the front and two front pockets have been added at a slight angle either side, both of which are also water resistant. Ventilation points have been added under the armpits through metal eyelets and a shaped storm shield yoke conceals two larger circles added across the shoulders. The hood can be adjusted using neat pull cords and includes a soft peak at the front which helps to disperse water away from the face. Single button poppers on each cuff allow for two different fit options and the hem can be drawn in using an elasticated toggle cord.

Founded in 2012, Rains is based in Aarhus, Demark and focuses on designing modern, stylish rainwear and accessories that are inspired by classic rubber raincoats and their experience with living in a rainy climate. AW18 is an expression of creativity and imagination and experiments with texture, material and surface design.
