Polar P.W.D Hoodie

Arriving as part of Polar’s summer 19 collection, this black Polar P.W.D Hoodie is made from a blend of cotton and polyester with a soft brushed interior and raglan sleeves. The body has been cut to a wide fit with front and back screen printed graphics designed by Jacob Ovgren that show stylised ‘P.W.D’ lettering on the left side of the chest, coloured in white with small blue stars either side. On the reverse, a large cartoon style globe sits centrally and is surrounded by ‘Polar World Domination’ text. The hood can be adjusted to suit using two external colour matched pull cords, and a kangaroo pouch pocket has been added at the waist to store essentials. Ribbed cuffs complete the sleeves and body.

Heading up Polar’s graphic department, Jacob Ovgren is a Malmö based artist known for his humorous graphics that depict lesser discussed topics. Seen across the latest summer 19 release alongside work from the brand’s founder Pontus Alv and team rider Emile Laurent, varying themes include fairy tales, abstract art and Asia across oversized tees, hoodies and shirts.
