Patagonia Line Logo Ridge Uprisal Hoodie in Gravel Heather. Featuring reworked artwork of the famous Patagonia mountain range logo design, this regular fit Patagonia hoodie is made from a blend of recycled cotton, post-consumer recycled polyester and spandex fleece. Providing a high level of comfort, the attached hood can be resized to suit using external colour matched pullcords and centrally below multicoloured artwork has been applied using PVC and phthalate-free inks, showing red, orange and yellow tone gradient lines behind a monochrome outline of a mountain range followed by stylised ‘Patagonia’ lettering underneath. At the waist a large kangaroo pouch pocket provides space to carry essential items whilst doubling up as a hand warmer compartment and wide ribbed cuffs give the edge of the body and long sleeves a close but comfortable fit.
Applied using PVC and phthalate-free inks, the artwork seen on this Patagonia hoodie presents the brand’s love for nature and founder Yvon Chouinard’s rock climbing roots which led him to develop the now internationally recognised outdoor brand during the 1970’s. Conscious of the fabrics and production methods they use, Patagonia sets an example of how large scale brands can manufacture their designs ethically using techniques that reduce environmental impact.
