Stussy Taping Nylon Shorts

Taking hints from international surf trips, the Stussy Taping Nylon Short is a 100% nylon watershort offering breathability and quick drying times on and off the beach. The elasticated waistline is secured through a drawstring allowing for a customisable fit, with a mesh lining that improves drainage in the pockets. The shorts are dyed in a bright lime ready for audacious summer styling, with a contrasting white Stussy logo printed over the hem of the left leg. Finally they feature an aztec taping that runs the length of both outside leg seams. Both sides feature vertical slash pockets, flanked by a single zipper fastened welt pocket on the back.

Stussy has its roots in California in the 1980’s, established initially as a surfing company that created hand produced and signed surfboards. However with such a rich culture surrounding him and a childhood background in screenprinting; Shawn Stussy began to produce clothes inspired by a combination of music, the lifestyle that surrounded him and photography. This eventually developed into the streetwear phenomenon it has transpired to be.
