Presented across a relaxed, short sleeve silhouette cut from 100% organic cotton, this calico coloured Rites T-Shirt from Satta includes a screen printed illustration on the left side of the chest, applied using tones of dark green and maroon. Drawn in the style of Ancient Egyptian art, the graphic shows a seated figure next to a bowl and a circular shape above, whilst stylised ‘Satta’ text adds branding below. Designed for daily wear, the curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim, additional stitching has been added along the top of both shoulders and 2-thread flatlock stitching is visible across the hem of both the sleeves and body for a secure but attractive finish.
With a background in woodworking and garden landscaping, Satta founder Joe Lauder continues to portray his multi skilled craftsmanship across seasonal collections of casual, sustainable menswear, homewares and fragrances. Inspired by travel, nature and the process of making, pieces include subtle but effective details as well as the use of natural fibres which results in simple, considered designs.
