Satta Allotment Jacket in Washed Black. Presenting Satta’s own take on a classic workwear design, the Satta Allotment Jacket is made from 100% cotton corduroy which has been softened using a specialist wash technique for increased comfort. Allowing for different styling options the front is fastened by small circular buttons which lead to the pointed collar neckline that has been cut from the same fabric as the body with pointed tips for a neat look. On either side of the waist generously sized patch pockets provide space to carry a variety of items such as keys, a phone and wallet whilst either sleeve has a button secured cuff to allow for a customised fit.
Drawing on founder Joe Lauder’s background as a garden designer and woodworker, Satta creates contemporary variations of traditional workwear staples using small-scale production and natural, sustainable materials. Guided by core principles of bringing objects into the world which embody simplicity, functionality and sustainability whilst also contributing to community and facilitating ritual with a sense of reconnection, each Satta collection invites ritual and simplicity into everyday with minimal fuss and considered finishes.
