Made from high quality 7 ply Canadian maple and measuring to 8.38" in width, this team model Happy Sad Houston St deck from Polar Skate Co has a Daytime Deck colourway and custom artwork created by founder Pontus Alv on the top and underside. A still taken from the infamous skate video 'I Like It Here Inside My Mind, Don't Wake Me This Time' takes centre stage against a city backdrop and bursts of colour seen on taxi cabs on the underside. Set within a wide white border, the topside has a similar design with rough handwritten notes and illustrations below alongside 'Polar Skate Co.' in black.
As one of the most celebrated skate films to come out of Europe that set the tone of Polar Skate Co.'s creative vision, 'I Like It Here Inside My Mind, Don't Wake Me This Time' was released in 2016 and continues to influence aspiring videographers and skaters. Having continued a similar approach to creating a distinctive style across apparel and accessories, each season Polar offers an array of high quality designs customised with artwork and considered detailing.
