Commemorating Shin Sanbongi's arrival onto the Polar skate team earlier this year, this white Queen Deck is an official Shin pro deck that measures 7.875" in width and is made from high quality 7-ply maple. On the underside a centralised graphic created by fellow team rider Hjalte Halberg has been created especially and shows a colourful painting of a nude figure in dark blue surrounded by a rainbow coloured line against a blue, black and grey textured background. Highlighting the model, stylised 'Shin Sanbongi' lettering has been added underneath in the same tone of blue.
Raised in Chigasaki, an area of Japan known as the birthplace of surfing in the country, Shin Sanbongi is known for his fluid, surf-like skate style which has been developed through time spent in and out of the water which has earned him sponsorships with adidas, Ace Trucks, OJ Wheels and of course Polar Skate Co. Following his official arrival onto the Polar team in April 2020, special skate deck styles and graphics across apparel have been introduced in celebration and feature references to his Japanese heritage.
