Polar Shin Sanbongi Memory Palace Deck

Measuring to 9" in width and made from high quality 7-ply Canadian maple, this Shin Sanbongi signature model from Polar Skate Co. features 'Memory Palace' artwork on the topside and reverse which has been created especially by multimedia artist Tynan Kerr. The topside has a full colour wash and a rectangular print of multicoloured artwork positioned above the lower truckhole set with stylised 'Polar Skate Co. Artwork by Tynan Kerr' text underneath in black against a white border. Continuing on the underside, a full length print of the same artwork shows the design in closer detail so you can see the variety of colours, textures and prints in addition to 'Shin Sanbongi' lettering which highlights the model.

As the newest member to join Polar's impressive roster of international team riders, Shin Sanbongi was officially awarded pro status in spring this year and has been celebrated through the latest release with apparel and skate decks adorned with custom artwork that highlights his surf and skate upbringing. As a local of Chigasaki an area of Japan to the south of Tokyo that is known as the birthplace of surfing in the country, Sanbongi has developed his own unique style through years of time spent in and out of the water, mimicking the movement of riding waves on concrete.
