Polar Shin Sanbongi Memory Palace Deck

Made from high quality 7 ply Canadian maple and measuring to 8.5" in width, this is one of the first Shin Sanbongi pro models to be released by Polar Skate Co., in celebration of the Japanese team rider being made pro in April of this year. Featuring top and underside artwork by mixed media artist Tynan Kerr, a full colour wash adds additional character to the top of the deck against a rectangular print of a detailed painting with a white border and stylised 'Polar Skate Co. artwork by Tynan Kerr' lettering underneath. The design continues along the full length of the underside which shows the painting in greater detail with additional 'Shin Sanbongi' text in white to the right side.

Designed in Malmö and manufactured in Mexico by BBS, this new season deck has arrived as part of the summer '20 collection from Polar Skate Co. and pays homage to Shin Sanbongi, the latest pro rider to be added to the brands impressive international rota. Having been raised in Chigasaki, a region known as the birthplace of surfing in Japan, Sanbongi has been heavily inspired by his father who is a keen surfer and skater and translates moves learnt into the water onto the streets.
