Constructed from 100% nylon, the Patagonia Wavefarer Bucket Hat is a must have accessory for the coming summer sun. The 360 degree brim protects both your neck and face against the heat, with the added benefit of built in 50+ UPF sun protection which will keep you comfortable in the sun with embroidered eyelets allowing for breathability. The hat also features a DWR (durable water repellent) finish which protects it from showers as well as making it usable in the sea. All of this can be stuffed into an internal pocket.
The hat features a bold red top, contrasted by a teal brim which has a tonal band running above it that is slightly darker than the brim. It is finished off with a small woven Patagonia logo sitting above the brim.
The Wavefarer Bucket Hat also embodies the Patagonia mission statement in a less impactful production process on people and the environment, it is made from 92% recycled nylon which was developed by inhouse researchers at the brand. Furthermore it is constructed by Fair Trade terms meaning employees are given regulated wages and hours, contributing to greater social standards globally.
