Constructed with a 3-layer H2No® Performance Standard shell, this andes blue edition of the Patagonia Torrentshell 3L Pullover Jacket is new for spring and features a tonal colour block design. A combination of a 3.3-oz 50-denier ECONYL® 100% recycled nylon ripstop face, polycarbonate PU membrane with 13% bio-based content, a tricot backer and a durable water repellent finish ensures this style provides long-lasting waterproof durability whilst being comfortable for all-day wear. A chest-deep zipper fastens the front, allowing for ventilation when needed, and leads to the micro-fleece lined neck and two-way adjustable hood which has a laminated visor that can be rolled down and stowed away with a simplified cord and hook design. On the left side of the chest a woven Patagonia label has been added showing the brands famous mountain range logo design and below a concealed zippered torso compartment offers plenty of space to carry essential items. Helping to seal out precipitation the long sleeves have elasticated cuffs and the hem of the body has a drawcord adjuster. When not being worn you can stuff this style within itself using the torso pocket which has a carabiner clip-in loop for easy carrying.
Founded in 1973 by keen surfer, fly fisher and rock climber Yvon Chouinard, Patagonia has become known as one of the leading outdoor brands in the world and continually pushes the bar when it comes to sustainable production that demonstrates how we can make new products with less environmental impact. For SS20 inspiration has been taken from the Mississippi River Basin, an area that is known as the heartland of American and is rich with fauna that is currently under threat from high levels of chemical pollution.
