Designed for everyday wear whether you are climbing or seeking a casual and comfortable trouser style, these asphalt grey Original G Stretch Ripstop Pants from Gramicci are made from a lightweight blend of nylon and spandex. The elasticated waistband has an integrated black nylon belt with a simple clip buckle which allows the fit to be easily adjusted using one hand whilst in action. The brands character emblem has been added in red to the edge of the belt which can be tucked out of the way using a single belt loop and on either side of the front two deep-reach compartments with breathable mesh pocket bags are available to carry essential items. On the reverse two welt pockets have also been added, also with mesh pocket bags, and a slim woven Gramicci label can be seen on the right side. Allowing for a full range of movement the crotch is gusseted and bartack stitching has been added at key stress points to strengthen the overall design. For a clean finish the legs have straight cut hems.
Famous for developing the ‘flex fit’ waistband and ‘easy cinch and release’ belt buckle system, Gramicci was founded in the late 1980’s by Mike Graham - a member of the legendary ‘Stonemasters’ crew - and a team of rock climbing friends who sought clothing that would stand up to repetitive wear and abrasion without reducing movement. Staying true to this vision, contemporary releases use durable nylon blends and organic cotton to ensure comfort and longevity within each versatile silhouette.
