Adidas Tyshawn Shoes in FTWR White and Scarlet. Influenced by the vintage Rivalry High silhouette and team rider Tyshawn Jones’ admiration for performative function, the collaborative adidas Tyshawn is a mid-top sneaker designed to provide a cushioned wear regardless of setting. Featuring an updated perforation pattern across its premium leather upper, this two tone skate shoe features both an Adituff toe and Adiprene technology, whilst the EVA midsole and PU molded sockliner combine for elevated cushioned comfort straight from first wear. An off white auxetic rubber outsole is paired with a royal red midsole in honour of its classic colouring, with the grippy underfoot tread a complement to its inner vulc wrap when it comes to structural stability across any given terrain. Playful gold foil ‘Tyshawn’ signature branding replaces the usual bold font detailing across the triple stripe sidewalls, whilst the recessed 7 eyelet lacing system secures the golden Trefoil tongue across the natural arch of the foot. The bright red padded ankle collar is mirrored by tonal interior linings, whilst the custom insoles help sign these archival inspired sneakers off with an added layer of characterised depth.
The latest signature release for adidas team rider Tyshawn Jones, this mid-top silhouette is one that captures the skater’s fun loving energy and eclectic spirit. Turning pro in 2014, the same year he appeared in Supreme’s ‘Cherry’ edit, 2018 Thrasher Magazine ‘Skater of the Year’ Tyshawn Jones continues to inspire season after season.
