Adidas 3ST.004 Shoes

Co-created between the Adidas design team and the skateboarders, the durable pigskin nubuck upper is made in a classic black with white leather trim on the side panels in the iconic three stripe style - this is further highlighted on the heel tab. The raised accents on the side create a curved layered effect that runs around the heel and up to the collar. Finally the tongue features additional white detailing and is made in three sections to offer lightweight breathability thanks to a mesh construction. The midsole is constructed out of a white gum with a black trim around the ankle.

Not only futuristic in look, the technical detailing combines Adidas’ infamous boost technology with the need that skaters have. The crisp white foam features around the heel, providing arguably the best impact protection in the skatewear scene at the moment - this foam technology was released in 2012 and transported Adidas from being a distant second to Nike to an active competitor. Additionally a moulded sock-liner, provide substantial stability and support while the Geoflex outsole ensures there is also no lack of boardfeel or traction.

Having been wear-tested by Tyshawn Jones, the newest silhouette received feedback and was continually updated to provide the best skate shoe of 2019. Combining function and style, the brand is setting the bar incredibly high by using technology from a range of silhouettes.
