Rereleasing a 90’s classic, Vans offer the Saddle Sid, this time in a pro rendition. Crafted with a smooth suede upper, the marshmallow colourway gains accents through pops of racing red which can be found through the embroidered logo on the sidewall. Keeping up with modern skateboarding needs, high wear areas have been reinforced with rubber, while a sockliner has been included for heightened impact protection. Though the aesthetic has been kept minimal, blue stripes can be found sitting on the while midsole and the authenticating Vans Pro heel tab can be found in trademark red on the reverse.
In 2019 Vans continues to push their heritage footwear, with multiple styles enjoying success with Pro iterations. From the humble beginnings making deck shoes in Anaheim, California to the major worldwide success the brand has achieved through skateboarding, Vans has kept to their core values.
