Seen here in a light pink colourway, this Flower Basket T-Shirt from Skateboard Cafe features new artwork from New Forest based artist Becki Clark. Cut to a regular fit through the body from 100% cotton, the curved neckline has a flexible ribbed trim whilst sits comfortably against the skin whilst helping to support fit retention over time whilst the straight cut hems of the body and short sleeves encourages easy layering throughout the year. Positioned centrally on the chest for impact, a screen printed design presents an illustration of a parked bike with a front basket full of flowers coloured in tones of green, red and pink, complete with stylised ‘Cafe’ lettering to one side.
First appearing on the scene in 2008 in skate edits and as a label for the featured team, ‘Skateboard Cafe’ was fully established as a brand in 2012 in Bristol UK, and has continued to build upon its seasonal offering each year which has earned them an international following. Known for referencing cult movies such as True Romance, Pulp Fiction and The Big Lebowski, the brands distinctive artwork varies each season and for HO20 includes custom designs from Becki Clark and London based multimedia artist Tishk Barzanji.
