Increase warmth without increasing bulk, the Nimbus is a super lightweight, packable windproof and water resistant Jacket from Finisterre. The fill is synthetic as opposed to down which means 75% of its heat is retained when wet vs. 15% for down - 80gsm in the body and 60gsm for the sleeves and hood.
100% polyester material, half of which is recycled. On the outside we see a durable water repellent (DWR) coating and inside is a 100% polyamide lining.
The hood and hem are microfibre lined and adjustable with drawcords and the cuffs are elasticated for a closer fit. The whole thing packs away into the inside zip pocket and weighs in at just 475g in size medium.
The fit is a slim, close fit, designed to be worn over light layering.
