Champion Small Script Reverse Weave Crewneck Sweatshirt

This purple edition of the Small Script Reverse Weave Crewneck Sweatshirt is made from Champion’s famous reverse weave cotton which has a high quality weight and finish. On the left side of the chest the brands script logo has been embroidered in white with a split fill within the ‘C’ coloured in red, which has been translated into a small blue ‘C’ emblem on the left sleeve against a white background. Cut to a regular fit, on either side of the body wide ribbed inserts have been added to increase mobility and comfort, whilst wide ribbed cuffs complete the body and long sleeves which helps to keep the fabric fitting close to the body when active. The fabric has a soft brushed reverse which offers a cosy finish.

Introduced in 1952, Champion’s reverse weave was developed to prevent shrinkage when batch amounts of athletic uniforms were washed by American coaches during the ‘40s. Still used to this day for the same purpose and focus on quality enhancement, each Reverse Weave sweatshirt is characterised by two side panels and wide ribbed cuffs which keep freedom of movement whilst avoiding the dispersion of heat during and after training.
