With an eye-catching allover print, the Carhartt Typo Short Sleeve Shirt is the perfect addition to your summer wardrobe be it for relaxing by the pool or on the go. Made from a midweight 100% cotton twill, the 5oz shirt has been cut to a loose fit giving ample amounts of room for both movement and layering. Additionally comfort is ensured through the garment-wash, which gives it a worn in feel and look while a full length button fastening allows for an adjustable fit. The tobacco backdrop is contrasted by outlined Carhartt WIP text in wax, with a patch pocket situated on the left chest, showcasing the same pattern and a woven flag label.
Carhartt was founded in 1889 in Detroit, rising through the ranks as the leading workwear producer for the masses throughout the twentieth century. It was this reputation that lead it to being favoured by skaters in the seventies, eventually inspiring the creation of the WIP subsidiary in 1989. In the thirty years since, they have infused the streetwear market with a desire for durable quality that is historically only seen in workwear.
