Introducing a summer update to Carhartt’s signature Detroit Jacket, this dark navy edition is made from water resistant 12oz 100% organic cotton ‘dearborn’ canvas and has a breathable mesh lining throughout the body and sleeves. Designed for daily wear, the full golden zip front leads to a collar neckline which has a black corduroy top layer. On the left side of the chest there is a horizontal zip pocket with a matching mesh lining, and a square Carhartt label on the outside just below. Two additional angled pockets at the waist provide further space for essentials and within the jacket, the chest has a hidden fabric pocket to keep any valuables out of sight.
Allowing for a customisable fit, the sleeves have shaped cuffs with golden single button fastenings which have also been used at the sides of the body; letting you adjust the shape to be slightly more fitted when needed. Staying true to the brands legendary WIP reputation for purposeful clothing, the seams have triple stitching to increase durability and the fabric treatment means you are covered in unexpected showers.
