Designed with a vintage-wash effect finish, this navy Brixton x Independent Shine Cap is made from 100% brushed cotton with a lightly structured crown and a solid peak. Constructed to a five-panel design, embroidery on the front displays a selection of symbols in white whilst on the back left side, small tonal ‘F/U’ lettering has also been sewn in blue. Alongside this, a brown leather strap adjuster has a brass clip and an oval eyelet which allows for a customised fit. Within the inside, a cotton twill edge supplies cushioning and additional durability, whilst taped seams result in a smooth and comfortable fit.
The ‘F/U: Friendly Union’ collection is an ongoing project between California apparel and accessories brand Brixton and legendary skate hardware company Independent. As part of the latest spring 2019 release, a selection of clothing and headwear bears co-branding that perfectly marries the two brands distinctive design styles, to create stand-out pieces crafted for longevity with timeless appeal.
