    Do you ship to my country?

    Probably. Please add your items to the cart/basket and check for your country in the drop-down menu at the Checkout. The Checkout will also calculate your shipping total for you. If your country isn't on the list at the moment send us an email and we'll see what we can do.

     

    Which courier do you use?

    UPS logo We ship WORLDWIDE with UPS because the service and technology is second to none. Tracking info will be emailed to the email address that you supply us on your order once your package leaves our warehouse. Signature required.

     

    Royal Mail Logo We also offer a slower tracked service partnering with Royal Mail to our customers in the UK. It's the Royal Mail tracked 48 service - Please allow 3/4 days for delivery. Delivery Days are Monday to Saturday excluding UK national holidays / bank holidays. Tracking info will be emailed to the email address that you supply us on your order once your package leaves our warehouse. Signature required.

    When will my package arrive?

    UPS: Next Working Day Worldwide (Excluding Holidays and Weekends) - once you have received your dispatch email notification. N.B. - For remote and small towns please allow 2/3 days e.g. International customers living outside of main cities : In this case you will be notified by UPS via email that your delivery is delayed. Orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 2pm are then dispatched for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm are dispatched that Friday for delivery on Monday unless you select UPS Saturday delivery. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday for next day delivery.

    Royal Mail: Please allow 3/4 days for delivery. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday excluding UK national holidays and bank holidays. Orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 2pm are then dispatched the next day. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm are dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the following Tuesday.

     

    How much will it cost?

    UK MAINLAND :

    • Royal Mail Tracked 3/4 Days : £3.00 flat rate per order. (FREE on orders over £80)
    • UPS Next Working Day Standard : £6.50 flat rate per order.(FREE on orders over £150)
    • UPS Scotland 1-2 Day Standard : £6.50 flat rate per order.
    • UPS Next Working Day Before Midday : £15.00 flat rate per order.
    • UPS Saturday Before Midday : £20.00 flat rate per order.

    UK ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND :

    • UPS Next Working Day Standard : £11.00 flat rate per order.(FREE on orders over £150)
    • Royal Mail Tracked 3/4 Days  : £3.00 flat rate per order. (FREE on orders over £80)

    EUROPE :

    • UPS Standard 3 / 5 Days by Road: Flat rate £9.00. (FREE on all orders over £150)

    USA :

    • UPS Express 24 hours : Flat rate to all states £19.50 (FREE on all orders over £150)

    Will i have to sign for my package?

    Yes someone will have to be at your address to sign for your package. 

    UPS will attempt delivery 3 times and leave you a calling card if you are not at your address when they attempt delivery. If in the event that your package comes back to us due to no-one present at your address we will bill you the return to sender charge that we will have incurred on your behalf.

    Royal Mail leave a calling card if you are out when they attempt delivery. You can notify them by phone or online at http://www.royalmail.com to redeliver or that you wish to collect from your local Royal Mail office. If in the event that your package comes back to us due to no-one present at your address or a non collection we will bill you the return to sender charge that we will have incurred on your behalf.

    Will i have to pay additional import duty, tax or charges?

    Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. Flatspot.com is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by Flatspot.com in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

    How will my goods be packaged?

    We double box all shoes and clothing to ensure we have done our best that your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please feedback to us immediately if you are unhappy with the condition of your goods upon delivery.
