When will my order be shipped?

Easy - place your order online before 2pm and we'll get your order shipped the same day. No problems. If you supplied us with your correct email address you will receive an email notification from our courier when your order ships. This email will contain your packages tracking information for your convenience.

Possible dispatch delays :

if your order is out of stock : we will contact you by phone or email to notify you.

There are some things that we need to verify on your payment details : We will contact you by phone or em Part ail to get it nailed.

Do you ship to my country?

Probably! Please add your items to the cart/basket and check for your country in the drop-down menu at the Checkout. The Checkout will also calculate your shipping total for you. If your country isn't on the list at the moment send us an email and we'll see what we can do.

Which courier do you use?

We ship WORLDWIDE with UPS because the service and technology is second to none. We have tried most companies, trust us - UPS is the best. We know that once you place your order you want your goods with minimum hassle and fuss. Once your package leaves our warehouse you can track your parcel all the way. Any problems please notify us by email. Your feedback is welcome and essential to our business.

When will my package arrive?

UPS will deliver NEXT DAY WORLDWIDE - once you have received your dispatch email notification - excluding weekends and bank holidays For remote areas please allow 2/3 days e.g. International customers living outside of main cities : In this case you will be notified by UPS that your delivery is delayed.

How much will it cost?

UK MAINLAND :

Next Working Day Standard : £5.00 flat rate per order.
Next Working Day Before Midday : £16.00 flat rate per order.

UK ISLANDS AND IRELAND :

Next Working Day Standard : £10.00 flat rate per order.

EUROPE :

How will my goods be packaged?

We double box all shoes and clothing to ensure we have done our best that your goods arrive in perfect condition. We can't accept any returns due to problems with manufacturers packaging, as it is just that : packaging.
