Making a contract with us :
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
Please note that Flatspot.com reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. Flatspot.com will notify by email immediately of any such cancellation.
Order Returns :
If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason please post your goods back to us within 28 days.
Download the RETURNS FORM, fill it out and pop it in with the items you wish to return, stating your reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.
All items returned to us are at your own risk so we receommend using a recorded service.
