Since it's introduction as a basketball shoe in the early seventies, the Nike Blazer has become a timeless silhouette. Now released as the latest Nike SB Quickstrike, the Blazer 'Two Up' coincides with the release of Nike SB Australia's 'Two Up' short film, featuring Australian team members Alex Campbell and Nick Boserio.
The decon(structed) shoe was designed in collaboration with Boserio and Campbell. Cut in tough natural canvas, they've removed as much padding from the collar and tongue as possible for a mobile, light-weight shoe with dexterity. Portraits of the boys drawn by Riley Payne (who worked on the film) feature on the insoles and ‘Two Up’ is emblazoned across the heels.
They're a Nike SB "Support Your Local" shoe, so limited, highly desirable and destined to fly off the shelves. Don't snooze.
Oh, and of course... you'll want to check out that video!
